30 day easy returns on all purchases from the Questacon Shop
The Questacon Shop has made our Returns & Refunds process simple to follow, all we ask is that any product/s you return to us are in new and original condition. This means you have not used, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items, the tags are still attached and the packaging is intact.
Exchanges
1. Contact us with your order number to confirm your item is eligible for exchange
2. Post the item back to the Questacon Shop with a copy of your order confirmation enclosed inside the parcel
3. Include a reply paid satchel so we can easily return your exchanged goods to you
4. Allow up to 5 business days (not including shipping times) for us to process your exchange
Refunds
1. Contact us with your order number to confirm your item is eligible for a refund
2. Post the item back to the Questacon Shop with a copy of your order confirmation enclosed inside the parcel
3. Allow up to 5 business days (not including shipping times) for us to process your refund
Damaged Goods
1. Contact us with your order number
2. Send us images of the damages item/s
3. We will advise on whether to send back or dispose of the damaged item/s
4. Allow up to 5 business days (not including shipping times) for us to process your refund or send out a replacement
