The Robotics Workshop: Intro to Robot Design kit starts out showing you how to build simple robots, teaching you how the sensors can be used to control the robots. Then you will move on to more complex robots that have multiple functions, such as a ball-shooting robot, a crawling robot, and a grabbing robot.
After you have mastered all of the robotic models in the included instructions, you will have the tools and knowledge you need to go on and build and program your own incredible robots!
The robots you will learn to build and code with this kit include:
- Touch Sensor Robot
- Ultrasonic Turtle Robot
- Drawing Robot
- Ball-shooting Robot
- Robotic Arm
- Light-tracking Robot
- Butler Robot
- Claw-arm Robot
- Ultrasonic Walking Robot
- Scorpion Robot
This kit contains 306 reusable pieces, 10 exciting experiments and a comprehensive 64 page manual. You will also need: 6 AA batteries, and a tablet and/or PC with internet access.
A 64-page, full-colour instruction manual features step-by-step illustrated building instructions and instructions explaining how to program and operate all of the robot models. The robots can be controlled directly in real time and programmed to perform series of commands using an easy-to-use, free downloadable app on iOS, Android or Windows PC.
