BBC Micro:bit GO

The Micro:bit GO by BBC has thought of everything, especially if this is your first time programming. If you do not have access to the internet, that's ok, this kit enables coding over Bluetooth using Micro:bit’s mobile app. How fantastic, they really have thought of everything!

With two programmable buttons and 25 LED lights, the combinations and versatility of the Micro:bit are limited only by your imagination. The Micro:bit can be used to create games, a fitness tracker, a media player, a digital watch, as a games console, digital egg timer to assist in the kitchen with cooking, as well as many other projects. And with its compact size it can be taken with you on the go!

The Micro:bit can be used for basic coding and programming and beyond. In secondary education it can be used to support teachers when working through computing fundamentals, cyber security, and cryptography, while also encouraging creative design projects.
