Want to learn more about cell biology in an engaging and hands on way without being stuck in the lab? Cytosis: A Cell Biology Board Game is the answer you’ve been looking for.
Cytosis is a board game that takes place inside a human cell where players compete to build enzymes, hormones and receptors, and also fend of viruses on the attack. This all helps to score health points, and the player with the most health points by the end of the game wins. Cytosis takes about 60-90 minutes to play through, and is suited to two to five players. It also comes with the Virus Expansion included in the box.
The game was created by John J. Coveyou with the beautifully illustrations by Tomasz Bogusz, which make it a pleasure to play.
