Although Alexander Graham Bell is most often associated with the invention of the telephone, his interests were extremely varied. Not only was Bell an inventor, he was a teacher to the deaf and a loving father. This World of Inventors kit will give you great insight into Bell’s life and his scientific genius.

The kit includes a 40 page booklet including photographs and illustrations of Bell’s inventions as well as sketches and notes taken from Bell’s original journals. There are a range of fun activities for you to complete and interesting information about Bell’s life and times that will keep readers absorbed for hours.

You can build your own working intercom inspired by Bell’s invention by assembling the twelve pieces. There is a 5.7 metre wire joining the two handsets together.

Six AAA batteries are required (not included).  

Recommended for ages eight and over, not suitable for children under three years of age.
