The earth is always changing and a big part of these changes are the volcanoes that burn and the earthquakes that churn. Volcanoes spew out the molten innards of the mantle and earthquakes shake the very fabric of the earth. Together they have had a huge impact on how our earth currently looks.

The Volcanoes and Earthquakes kit is designed to help you grasp how these phenomena work. With experiments on plate tectonics, seismographs and many other things you will be assured to become well versed on these two wondrous spectacles. As a safety precaution these experiments should be conducted under the supervision of an adult and while wearing eye protection (not included, the eye protection or the adult).

Although Thames and Kosmos’s experiment kits are educational kits designed to teach important principles to children, these kits come with a special warning attached; they are sure to cause huge amounts of fun!
