The Southern Corroboree Frog is a highly endangered Australian species that lives in the snowy alpine regions of Kosciuszko National Park. This story follows the frog Jet who is looking after his family’s tadpole ponds when they start to dry up and the eggs are threatened. Jet visits Grandmother Frog to find out why and learns that the summers are getting hotter and humans are not taking care of the country. When a boy and his father come to the river to fish, Jet shows them how they are threatening his species. With colourful and eye-catching illustrations, The Little Corroboree Frog is a wonderful way to gently raise awareness about the threats that this species faces and what can be done to help save them.
