Ozobot Bit uses colour coordinated coding to gamify STEM, engaging children and teaching them computer science and problem-solving skills through play. This robot comes with access to Ozoblockly, a simple online programming application that utilises drag-and-drop graphical programming language for ease of use. This programming system and easy colour coded language makes the Ozobot Bit a great choice for introducing kids to programming and analytical thinking.
Ozobot Bit can be used on a variety of surfaces, including paper, game boards and tablets. On paper, kids can use markers to draw their own colour coded paths for the Ozobot Bit to follow. Through colour, Bit can understand and perform over 1000 instructions, including those for speed, directions, timers, counters, tornadoes, zigzags, spins and many more. Kids will be inspired to create a variety of challenges for their Bit, including mazes, puzzles and races.
This robot is a fun way for kids to learn more about coding and computer science at home. They will also build on a variety of abilities including deductive reasoning and problem solving while utilising their creativity and imagination.
