RMS Titanic was one of three Olympic-class ocean liners built at the beginning of the 20th century and provided more than a means of transcontinental transport, she offered an experience of a lifetime. Five days into her maiden voyage from the United Kingdom to New York USA, the ship hit an iceberg in the North Atlantic Ocean that ripped a hole in the multi-chambered "unsinkable" hull. Taking no more than a few hours to sink, more than 1,500 people lost their lives and is considered the worst peacetime maritime disaster in history.
The Metal Earth series are amazing 3D models to build from laser cut steel sheets
Incredibly detailed, these fascinating models are definitely a challenge to build. Care and patience are required, but the results are well worth the effort. Long-nosed pliers are also recommended (not included). This is probably our most challenging model, with many tiny pieces, and takes about two and three-quarter hours to complete.
Recommended for ages 14 years and over. Due to their small size, Metal Earth models should be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age.
