Fokker D-VII - Metal Earth

The Fokker D-VII is a German WWI biplane that the infamous Red Barron (Manfred von Richthofen) test flew and commented that it was the best he had flown. 3,300 were mass produced in 1918 alone!    For someone with an interest in aeronautical or war history, an aviation buff, a pilot, or just as a beautiful object with the satisfaction of knowing you built it yourself, the Metal Earth Fokker D-VII would be a worthy addition to a collection, or a great place to start one!

The Metal Earth series are amazing 3D models to build from laser cut steel sheets.

We stock several flight-related items from the Metal Earth range. Why not collect them all? Incredibly detailed, these fascinating models are definitely a challenge to build. Care and patience are required, but the results are well worth the effort. Long-nosed pliers are also recommended (not included). This is one of the simpler models in our range, and takes less than an hour to complete.

Contents:

  • One laser-cut steel sheet, 110 x 110mm
  • One page of diagrammatic instructions

Recommended for ages 14 and over. Due to their small size, Metal Earth models should be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age.

Finished size: 68 x 64 x 32mm
