Many strains of Escherichia Coli (E.coli) are harmless and are found normally in our intestines and those of many animals. Some species can make you sick. The most common way to get problem E.coli is to eat undercooked minced meat, because the mincing spreads the bacteria throughout the meat. So make sure your burgers and meatballs are well-done!
